Submission Terms

You acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions when submitting anything, including, but not limited to: written stories, personal experiences, ideas, suggestions, materials, videotapes, photographs, etc. (hereinafter, the "Submissions"):

1. All submissions become the sole property of AttackAnxiety.com and will not be subject to any obligation of confidentiality. AttackAnxiety.Com shall not be liable for any use or disclosure to a third party of any of the Submissions.

2. Neither AttackAnxiety.Com, Steven Diamond, Diamond Omni Media LLC. nor any of it's affiliated Companies or entities, are obligated to use your submission or to pay you for any submission.

3. It is possible similar submissions may be submitted to AttackAnxiety.Com by multiple sources and that a submission may be similar to ideas generated or developed independently by AttackAnxiety.Com.

4. AttackAnxiety.Com shall exclusively own all known or later existing rights to the Submissions worldwide and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose without compensation to the provider of Submissions.

5. AttackAnxiety.Com reserves the right to change due dates for Submissions, or other specifics, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.
